I’m an out-of-network provider, so you get full autonomy over your therapy — with privacy, flexibility, and care designed around you.

15-minute Consultation, Free

Intake & Treatment Planning (50 minutes), $175
We explore what’s brought you here, understand your values, and create a roadmap for healing and growth
Individual Psychotherapy (50 Minutes), $150
Ongoing sessions where we work together through your anxiety, stress, transitions, and identity rebuilding using EMDR, IFS, CBT etc.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), $200/hour*
For those seeking deeper work. In partnership with Journey Clinical, this service supports exploration of long-term issues with medical oversight.
*Medical intake and prescription appointments are handled separately by Journey Clinical
